Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

I hate Trolls =n= but you aren't the worse so far In fact another Troll has pissed me off to very much limits by using my actual images of me In his icon and making fun of me In them by making my eyebrows wiggle and shit and I just hate him basically so yeah you aren't the worst Troller I've seen so far.
